Women in Tech – National Female Pre-Tech Training Program

The National Female Pre-Tech program was a transformative experience filled with learning, creativity, and teamwork among young women from across Ghana. During this program, participants were introduced to the fundamentals of web development, mobile app and e-commerce, equipping them with skills in digital media and technology that will serve as a foundation for their future studies or careers in tech and related fields.
Throughout the sessions, the participants engaged in hands-on activities, collaborated on web development, mobile app and e-commerce projects, and received support from trainers dedicated to empowering more women to enter the digital sector. The program offered a unique platform for skill development and networking, effectively preparing participants for the next steps in their tech careers.
