Social Entrepreneurship Hub (SE-HuB)
The Social Entrepreneurship Hub (SE-Hub) is an Enterprise Support Organisation limited by guarantee founded to empower women and youth within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, especially in formal and informal sectors.
The hub is located in the Western Region, with its head office in Takoradi and presence in the Elembele districts.
The hub has since 2015 been orientating businesses on the need to use suitable business models to build social enterprises that have the welfare of workers and the environment at heart.
The programs of the hub can be categorised into incubation, acceleration and workshops and seminars. In addition, the SE-Hub introduces start-ups and enterprises to the Effectuation Principles and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
In our activities, we place particular emphasis on the topic of “Female Empowerment”. The current focus of the hub is on Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises Support, Women Entrepreneurship Empowerment, Youth Entrepreneurship Empowerment, Entrepreneurship Digitalization and Stakeholder Engagement.
