About Project
The Base Program started with Women-In- Pre Tech and transition into Base Program where we
train young people in Excel for data collection and analysis, Power BI for industrialization and basic
programing language (Python). After the Base Program training qualified groups were further
transitioned into incubation and the others into employability (Internship). The internship is an 8-
week journey where students are assigned to SMEs in the hub to help and support their business
with the gained knowledge in IT to improve some of their processes.

This programme is focused on providing young people between the ages of 18-35 with competent skills in Web Technology and experiences that are relevant to starting their own startup or securing a job. The training program would expose students to modules such as:

National Artificial Intelligence Training -
COHORT 2 (Ended)
Artificial Intelligence is carving a new generation of innovations. In Africa, Ghana Tech Lab is creating an avenue for young entrepreneurs to build top –notch innovations. The National Artificial Intelligence Training Program is designed to enable start-up companies build profitable business and scale them across the African continent using modern AI technology tools and business strategies. The AI Innovation Program comprises six weeks of intensive AI training and two months incubation. The three-month innovation program will train and incubate the next level of AI innovators and businesses. As part of our plan to provide more dignified and fulfilling jobs, we offer internships opportunities for all participants of our flagship Innovation Program.

The National Mobile App Development Training Program trains young entrepreneurs in a plethora of mobile app development skills. Young entrepreneurs will be able to build solutions that solve specific problems in the society. The one month training program will equip young individuals with relevant skills that will accelerate development of mobile applications, which will be launched and used across the globe. The two months incubator program will help these young entrepreneurs define their business model and create innovations that transform lives.

The Digital Media Training Program is a flagship innovation program organized to equip the Ghanaian youth with relevant media skills to promote entrepreneurship under the Pathway to sustainable employment. This training program serves as a foundation for building a solid framework for digital skills training and startup development. One of the major goals is to use the proliferation of such training programs to minimize unemployment in the nation.

National Mobile App Development Training with Flutter Program trains young entrepreneurs in mobile app development skills with the latest google Flutter. Young entrepreneurs will be able to build solutions that solve specific problems in the society. The one month training program will equip young individuals with relevant skills that will accelerate development of cross platform mobile applications, which will be launched and used across the globe. The two months incubator program will help these young entrepreneurs define their business model and create innovations that transform lives.

This programme is focused on providing young people between the ages of 18 – 35 with competent skills in Data Science, Agriculture and Commerce as well as experiences that are relevant to starting their own startup or securing a job to promote entrepreneurship under the Pathway to sustainable employment.
