The project focuses on providing training and resources to youth and women so they can use technology to address sustainability issues in their businesses.

About Project

The project focuses on providing training and resources to youth and women so they can use technology to address sustainability issues in their businesses. This will include teaching them how to use technology to reduce waste and promote sustainable practices.

Objectives

A makerspace will be created for collaboration by the dressmakers and creatives in the Western Region.

A dedicated area or workspace for dressmakers and other creatives to work on their projects will be set up. It will be a place where they can work with others, share ideas and techniques, and receive continued training/education.

The space will provide machines, tools, and technology needed by this group to accelerate its activities or business processes. It will also help youth and women participate in the digital economy and take advantage of online learning and networking opportunities; Ultimately, the project would empower these groups to play a leading role in promoting sustainability, job creation and driving positive change in their communities.

The project is Financed by:  Sächsische Jugendstiftung , Germany.
